Former Doctor Faces Assault Allegations Involving Thirty-Eight Patients
Prosecutors report that a ex- physician has been charged with committing sexual assaults involving 38 victims who were under his care.
The Grave Allegations

These allegations follow what investigators described as a “detailed inquiry” into alleged assaults at two hospitals: the Royal Stoke university hospital and a facility in Dudley.
Spencer is due to appear at the North Staffordshire justice centre on January 20th.

The charging documents outline the 45 charges include:
- Fifteen counts of assault.
